All her other books are good, especially I know this was written forever ago, and since then Preeti’s writing has impressed a lot of her fans. It is a collection of her much favorite blogs-posts. Some leave you guffawing till the end whereas some give birth to thoughts which turn you mute for a while. Its just a simple read, may be other readers could connect with more stories than I have connected with or I would say I enjoyed.

I love Preeti, she is the soul reason why I moved back to reading works of more Indian authors. I surely connected to a lot of them, most of all to the radiator and drains theory.

As I received the packet from that amazon guy I snatched 34 bubblegums and candies by preeti shenoy it right in front of him on the main gate and he stared at me as if a cat has snatched away his bite and is feasting over it. Each of the 34 stories has a message for the reader and this is what I liked best about the book. But this is what I felt all the way even mid-way while reading: It feels more like short posts than stories.

These daily lessons were meant to stimulate some thoughts in the reader, but in all honesty, they are sub-standard and more often than not, very contrived. Actual line in the book is: It shows you life at its best and worst; and with some wit preeri emotion as well. Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account.
Many of which are candies and very few are bubblegums. Sometimes a hard boiled sugar candy slips down inadvertently and you bear the pain as it makes its way down the food pipe. Moreover, I found it very easy to relate to incidents narrated in it.
